Never. Your dog roams freely between appointments. We don't believe in crating healthy dogs — it causes unnecessary stress and affects the quality of the groom. Cage-free isn't a marketing term for us — it's how we've operated since day one.

Most full grooms take 2–3 hours depending on your dog's breed, coat condition, and cooperation level. We'll give you an estimated time at drop-off and text you when they're ready for pickup.

Absolutely — this is one of our specialties. Carmela has years of experience with nervous dogs and first-timers. We go at their pace, take breaks when needed, and never force anything. Many anxious dogs become regulars who love coming in.

For grooming appointments, we ask that your dog is up to date with core vaccines (C3 minimum). For daycare, we require C5 to protect all dogs in our care. We'll confirm specific requirements when you book.

We're trained in pet first aid and have emergency vet contacts on hand. If anything requires attention, we'll contact you immediately. Your dog's safety is never something we take lightly — it's why we keep appointments one-at-a-time.
